Indonesia has more than 5000 traditional recipes with myriad of flavours. For instance, Javanese food is well known for their sweet taste while Padang food uses different kind of herbs and typically spicy.

With the spirit to introduce Indonesian culture to Japan, Asian Factory CO., LTD. proudly introduce the unique concept of a cultural platform:“Angkasa” casual fine dining and lounge, where you will be brought to the heart of Indonesia.

Our menu is inspired by Indonesia’s rich culture and heritage, combining it with Japanese finest ingredients. Our dedicated Chef also creates special menu of the month which would be based on Indonesia’s signature dish from every region and introduced to customers by our knowledgeable staff.

Angkasa's talented young Indonesian chef with passion for cuisine and culture. His interest for cooking started from a very young age. Bastian used to cook with his mother and made his own dishes. The entire family always enjoyed eating Bastian’s “new creation.” He believes that the process of cooking and combining ingredients is always the most interesting part. This also led to his decision to pursue his dream to become food ambassador for Indonesia wherever he is through his cooking.

Having obtained his education and training in one of the best hotel management schools in Indonesia, he was set on his journey and pursued his career overseas, where he worked for several well-known hotels around the world, such as Aman Resort, Fairmont, Sheraton and Le Meridien. He also gained many experiences in creating menus while working as a private chef for royal family in Angola.

Angkasa's other chef has a quiet personality but, equally as passionate about Indonesian cuisine. Utu, his nickname, has dedicated many years of his life in finding the right balance of authentic taste and international standard, to serve Indonesian cuisine to Japanese and international customers. He has accumulated more than 20 years of working experiences in kitchen and as Chef in Indonesian restaurants in Japan, namely Jembatan Merah, Indonesia Raya and Bali Cafe Putri. Frans comes from North Sulawesi island of Indonesia.

CORPORATE

Angkasa offers a special plan for a company and group. Flexible following your budget, number of people, concept and should there be special dietary requirements. Attractive drink plan is also available. We also provide wi-fi, microphone and projector free for use within the premise.

Direction from Ebisu JR station/Ebisu Tokyo Metro Hibiya line:
Please find West Exit of the JR station and from there, you will see taxi and bus waiting area. Look out for a shopping building called ATRE where you can see the burger shop called SHAKE SHACK. Walk pass it and turn left, you will see a small street going uphill. Walk up around 20 meters until you see Family Mart.
ANGKASA is located just across it, at the basement of a blue-colored building.
